Hard to trust people I’ve been hurt my whole life idk how to let anyone in. Idk how trust

Unfortunately, it’s difficult, a leap of faith almost. You have to find someone you think is trustworthy, and hope that things work.
But don’t let that discourage you. Not everyone you meet is going to be worth your time, and they fall away. Go with your heart, what it tells you is what you should do.

So take it slow maybe and just try talking to people on the internet and make a connections?
That helps, but you need connections with people in your life as well

Follow your gut, it’s right more often than not. Find people who you feel you can trust.
