Thank you so much

It had has been a month and a bit since the death of my uncle. It was really hard to find words to explain how I felt. Since then I have slowly picked myself up and healed the wounds. I know that things will never be the same or be entirely better. But it was thanks to you that I’m at least doing OK. I had a family dinner last night which brightened my day.

Thanks so much for everything you had done. It means the world to me.

@Carolyn88,

I am so thankful to hear how you have been able to start the healing process with losing a loved one. As you continually remember him, lean into the fondest of memories of him that bring you the most joy. Also, try to think of something creative and unique to do for a tradition to remember him by. This can be very healing and rewarding. For example, my wife and I recently had a miscarriage and we have since thought of releasing balloons into the air on the day that our baby passed away. It’s the little things :slight_smile:

Stay strong and hold fast!
