Today I officially celebrate 4 years clean of cutting. Everyday is a battle and a struggle. There are still times that I think about doing it. I’ve made it this far though.

I also speak from experience when I say that I understand how difficult the temptation is. However, I am so incredibly proud of you!! 
What’s important is not that you struggle, but How courageous you are in winning that battle every day.
