Celebrate improvements in your mental health.

Here are some examples:

  • Recovery milestones (7 days, 1 month, 1 year free from an unhealthy habit)
  • Relationship improvement (better communication in your marriage, forgiveness in a friendship, etc)
  • Mood improvement (less anxious, more joyful, less depressed)
  • Productivity improvement (feeling more capable, more motivated, more energetic)

There are a few reasons to post about your progress:

  1. You can reflect on your journey and see how you’ve grown over time
  2. You can feel hopeful looking forward that you can continue to grow
  3. The community gets to celebrate the ways you’re growing with you
