Being under pressure
I’m sorry you’re feeling like this. I don’t know what makes you feel being under pressure, but I know it can be really hard to handle many things at the same time, whether it’s work, family, friends, activities, studies/school, chores, health… And on the top of that, there’s a pressure to be happy all the time! But we’re just human beings and it’s impossible to be on top everytime.
When you write that you’re under pressure, you’re doing something important by acknowledging what’s going on. I hope this will be an opportunity for you to slow down a bit if you need it, and get rid of the things you don’t have to deal with right now. There are probably things that can wait to be done later.
We can easily be under pressure because of expectations, whether it’s ours or others. But it’s absolutely okay to take your time when you need it. It’s part of what you can do to take care of yourself. And you’re mental/physical health is a priority.
