I am an over thinker
I’m also an over thinker and even though I have family that supports me I often feel alone. It helps me some times to kind of ground myself by looking at my surroundings and say out loud what those things are. It helps you get out of your head and stop your brain from running in circles. Reading a book helps sometimes and doing a hobby you love helps focus you on the thing you’re doing and not what’s running through your mind. Hope you feel better soon.
