I meant to press 2 for encouraging, but I have suffered with depression and my wife and my God has helped me through it and want to encourage others that they aren’t alone.

Really cool to hear that you’ve come out of a place of depression. Good for you, friend! Having a support system like your wife and God is a powerful netting to keep us not only from falling into self-defeating cycles, but to lift us and help us become the people we hoped we could become.
