I am so heartbroken and in pain. I don’t know what to do or how to handle it. Life is a a huge rollercoaster ride that I just want to get off of.
I agree life is indeed a huge rollercoaster but it’s your rollercoaster you can control it. You control the speed you control the height, twirls, twist, loops. It’s your ride and you don’t have to be afraid of it, confidence and key and so is appreciation, always think about the positive days even if it’s just for a moment cause that’s always a huge difference in your day
