Failing a test. Constant panic attacks and anxiety

I’m so sorry - panic attacks can be terrifying and cause us to panic, even more, when we come out of them in case they happen again. Failing a test isn’t the end of the world, I understand how it can be super triggering for our anxiety. You will always be able to re-take that test if you need to. Something that helped me with my anxiety was having something to hold on to. I had a stress toy from someone I love and it really helped me. I think that maybe it is something that can be helpful for you!
