hi gizdolmi, thank you for reaching out here. sharing and taking to strength. have you reached out with these
struggles you have ? seeking help in a therapist or a self help group ? they are people and resources out
there that help. be sure, that you are not alone here. to get to an end of the pain, often is seen as a way
out of this, the easy way out. but it is not. because there is help, they are people out there that will be there for you, to find an end for that pain. it takes time and energy but it is worth it. because you are worth it.
