My mind often races and I cannot relax

It’s hard to feel like you want to let go and you physically can’t. Like your mind and body just won’t undo it’s grip on stress. You carry it with you - it is like a boulder in the backpack of your life. Rest feels necessary but elusive…because you know when you get back up you’re going to be carrying more than you can manage. And the exhaustion compounds…so hard. I can relate to this myself…thank you for sharing

Hey Friend, that is a tough on I think a lot of us can relate to, If you could learn a little about mindfulness and leaning how to breathe to relax yourself and centre yourself I think you would find that incredibly helpful.
