my anxiety makes it really hard for me to connect with people. my boyfriend doesn’t understand the way my disorder effects me. its difficult for me to make/maintain friendships.
I definitely relate the this struggle. I can get to the point myself where I just mentally check out and freeze up from anxiety. Actually depression can do the same. Sometimes I find that having something to do (but not too much) keeps you occupied and gives you something to think about that’s positive. Find some good music too. May not always fix things but it helps me a good amount
