When I was growing up mental health was not discussed! You just had to get on with your life regardless of how you felt! During the last couple of years, I have sort grief counselling due to my Dad’s passing, and am much more aware of other people’s therapy and support. Thank you for sharing Ricky and please take care💜

Hi Friend, so sorry for your lose and I’m glad you’re trying some grief counseling. I hope that it helps you. When I was a kid back in the 70s, mental health wasn’t talked about. We just had to figure out how to survive some how, so I relate to that 100%. Take care! ~Mystrose
Hey Friend, thank you for your comment, like you we never discussed mental health issues either when I was younger, depression didnt exist, you were just “having a bad day” and asking for help was a sign of weakness, thank heavens that has changed now. I am so sorry for the loss of your Dad, that must have been so dreadfully hard and I am so glad that you did indeed find some grief therapy and that it has helped you through this time in your life. Heartsupport is here also if you need anywhere to talk, you can post on the forum anytime and will find support there. Much love lisa. x
When my dad passed away, I did a lot of soul searching and discovery about myself. I can relate to this post so much. I hope you find hope and encouragement throughout the years. Grief is a weird thing. Take it one day at a time. Thank you for being a part of our world.
