@heartsupport I feel this - A lot of times I feel like I have to have all of the answers up from, and the mentality of “just take the next step”, focusing on progress itself is so hopeful, as it can really rescue me from the defeating thoughts that keep me from progress. I certainly feel that in my physical health right now, seeing my own progress slow and feeling ashamed about that.

Thanks for writing. I see the duality of what you’re experiencing - the hope and the discouragement. Being able to name both is good. Best part is that you actually get to choose which to cling to. And I think it’s worth you clinging to hope! Hold fast.
