@HeartSupport I battled my drug and alcohol addiction all by myself and I still battle my depression all alone now as well. Thank you for doing this song as it reminds me of myself in so many ways. And when my depression wins this battle I’m having this song played at my funeral.

Hello friend! I’m sure you’ve heard the saying “…they won this battle, but we won the war…”. I can’t help but think of that when it comes to mental health. I know it seems impossible, especially when the battles keep coming. Just remember it only takes one thing to change the trajectory. I hope you find your “one thing” soon! Good luck to you!!
