@HeartSupport I have a history of Abuse. I relate to this song on every level! I struggle with depression daily, suicidal thoughts monthly and anxiety every day and every week! Your Videos help me out so much you don’t even realize! My Name is Brandon, 21 going on 22 with no friends and probably at the lowest point in my life.

Hey Brandon

I just want to say how much I appreciate you reaching out and sharing your story. It’s really brave to open up about what you’re going through, and I want you to know that I hear you. Living with a history of abuse, depression, and anxiety is tough, and it makes a lot of sense that you’re feeling like you’re at a low point. It can feel incredibly isolating, but you’re not alone, and your feelings are completely valid.

It’s powerful how music can capture what we’re feeling inside. When you said that you relate to this song on every level, it really hit home. Music can often articulate emotions that are hard to put into words, and finding a song that speaks to your experiences can be comforting. It’s like a reminder that someone out there gets what you’re going through, even if it’s just through lyrics and a melody.

I know you’re dealing with depression and anxiety every day, and those monthly struggles with suicidal thoughts must be incredibly hard to manage. At 21, it feels like you should be on top of the world, but life doesn’t always play out the way we expect. Feeling like you have no friends and being at your lowest can be super overwhelming. I want you to know that you’re not defined by this moment in your life. It might feel like things will never get better, but they really can, and reaching out is the first step in that process.

Even though things are really tough right now, it’s clear that you have incredible strength. Just by sharing your story here, you’re showing a resilience that’s really inspiring. The fact that you find some solace in these videos is awesome, and it means a lot to hear that they’re helping. You’ve already made a move to connect with others, and that’s a big deal.

It might be helpful to think of this point in your life as a turning point, rather than the lowest point. It can be a time when you start looking for new opportunities and supports that help you move forward. There are so many resources out there that can offer the kind of support you deserve—whether it’s talking to a therapist, joining a support group, or reaching out to others who have been through similar experiences. You don’t have to go through this alone, and there are people who genuinely want to help.

I’m really glad the videos have been a bit of a light for you. Knowing they help means the world to me. Remember, it’s okay to ask for help and to lean on others when you need it. You’re not alone in this, Brandon, and there are people out there who care about you and want to see you succeed. You’ve got a bright future ahead, even if it’s hard to see right now.

Thanks again for opening up and sharing your journey. Keep taking care of yourself, and know that your story is important. You matter, and the world is better with you in it.

cheering for you!
