Hello and thanks for reaching out! It must be exhausting and agonizing to feel this way without a reprieve of any kind!

I know I don’t know anything about your situation, but the main thing that pops in my mind is one of the classic definitions of “insanity”, which is “Doing the same thing over and over, and expecting different results.”

Now, please don’t interpret that as me saying you are insane! By no means is that the case. I’m just offering that perspective, because I had a work buddy say that to me when I was really in a funk about 8-12 months ago. It helped me kinda snap out of it, and change some variables in my life. I started eating a bit healthier, taking care of myself a bit more, and I have felt a very positive change since then. Here are just some thoughts of “small” things you can do if you need something to kinda break out of a routine habit.

  • Go for a morning walk and see the sunrise (or evening and see the sunset)
  • Lift a small dumbbell while watching your favorite show or reading a book
  • Make a little reward for yourself - you can get that new gadget you’ve been wanting…IF you ride your book every day for a week, or whatever it is

Just anything to focus on yourself and break out of the cycle. I wish you the best!!

@@HeartSupport thanks for your support and information I really appreciate it. But unfortunately my situation is very complex and has lasted now for 33yrs. My sister committed suicide when I was 19 after I finished basic training for the army I can go on and on but nothing ever helps
