Hi. About 2 weeks ago, my girlfriend passed away and I don’t know if I’ll be able to date again. I am just in a situation of not knowing what to do.
Hi @Nick917. I’m so sorry that your girlfriend passed away. That must have been some of the worst news to hear.
I don’t think that you’re stuck quite yet. I think that instead of wondering about whether you’re going to date again, you should be taking the time to grieve over her loss. It’s hard to lose someone who was so important in your life, and you haven’t really given yourself a lot of time to deal with her loss and the after effects of that. It’s important to feel all of the emotions that come with loss and work through them so you can heal. When you’re ready to date again, you’ll know it without wondering if it’s right or not.
