I can't change, stuck in a never-ending loop

No matter what I do I can’t change, I’ve tried going to therapy but that has done nothing I’m just right back to where I was when I first made a post here.

Thanks for sharing Jax. Sorry to hear you feeling your right back to where you were when you first started. If you don’t mind me asking what have you thought of therapy and have you seen just one therapist? I ask because I had some rough experiance with therapist and it took me a few times to find a decent one. Is there anything or things in particular that seem to be the biggest challenges?

“Deep within us—no matter who we are—there lives a feeling of wanting to be lovable, of wanting to be the kind of person that others like to be with. And the greatest thing we can do is to let people know that they are loved and capable of loving.”
Fred Rogers

“Flow in the living moment.
We are always in the process of becoming and nothing is fixed.
Have no rigid system in you, and you’ll be flexible to change with the ever changing.
Open yourself and flow my friend.
Flow in the total openness of the living moment.
If nothing within you stays rigid, outward things will disclosure themselves.
Moving, be like water. Still, be like a mirror.
Respond like an echo.” Bruce Lee

“Learn to walk on.
Why add the tension of emotion/thought to a situation which is illusion, to the extent that it is real, of a passing moment ( in any event, the result of previous causes)?
Do what seems to be wise to be done, forget it, and walk on.
Walk on and see a new view.
Walk on and see the birds fly.
Walk on and leave behind all the things that would dam up the inlet, or clog up the outlet, of experience.”
Bruce Lee

I totally understand if you don’t want to share what those things are but we’re also here if you do. I’ve known multiple people myself included that took a few therapist to find one that was decent. I know for me I’m not great at opening up so it was cool when I found someone who asked good questions.

Well some of the things that challenging for me are getting a driver’s license and not being socially awkward

Not possible …

Think About Being Socially Awkward In This Way, If You Would Like To…

Stage Fright.

In My Opinion It Is Much Like This,
A Person With Stage Fright
Deep Down Inside Themselves, Truly Wants To Express Themselves.

And They Have 2 Choices.
Love Or Fear
One Liberates and One Enslaves.

If They Find The Courage To Just Let Go Of Fear
"Inner Fear Of Insecurities, Fear Of Judgments From Others, (Which Is In My Opinion Condemning Yourself To Something That Could Possibly Be Nothing True At All, But Fear Wants You To Believe That It Is) And Trust In Love,
“Love Of Yourself And Others” They Can Break Through And Live With Peace.
And Express Themselves Fully And Openly.

As For Getting Your Driving License,
I Don’t Know The Context Of Your Life,
But I Would Like To Say That It’s Achievable.

“Look for the helpers…because if you’ll look for the helpers, you’ll know that there’s hope."

Well the main problem is that I can’t do anything for myself because I’m not worth it

As For Something But Being Possible,
I Will Share With You This…

I Once Saw A Meme That Said
“If Someone Tells You That Nothing Is Impossible
Tell Them To Try Stapling Water To A Tree”

For The Longest Time, I Believed That To Be True.

Until A Close Friend Simply Said This.

You Can Freeze The Water First And Then You Can Nail It To The Tree."

That Made Me Laugh.
And It Enlightened Me.

One Day I Happened To Come Across This Quote
From Bruce Lee.

It Resonated With Me Deeply.

“Learn to walk on.
Why add the tension of emotion/thought to a situation which is illusion, to the extent that it is real, of a passing moment ( in any event, the result of previous causes)?
Do what seems to be wise to be done, forget it, and walk on.

Perspective, My Friend.
It Can Help You See Life As Beautiful.
And Fill You With A Deep Sense Of Gratitude.
And Help You Laugh.
