I just want you to know that you absolutely matter, even if it feels like no one’s seeing it right now. I know hearing/reading it just like this won’t change everything instantly, but I hope that reading it at least from a stranger will mean something. I get it though. Feeling like no one sees you or values you… I’ve been there too. It’s incredibly painful to feel invisible, to the point of feeling completely worthless. It’s like you’re just floating around and no one notices your presence, your voice, your pain. Rest assured that we see you here. I see you and I hear you. And I’m so thankful you’ve commented this here, even if it might come out of despair or frustration initially.
My friend, your worth isn’t tied to how much others see you or how loudly you show up in the world. Just by being here, you’re already doing more than you realize. You have so much ahead, and even if it’s hard to see, there are people in our community who care deeply. If you want to share more about you and your story, know that we’re willing to listen to you, to what you’re going through.
You have a voice and a story that only you can tell. It matters. It really does. Even if it’s just one person listening, just one person who can help you feel less alone, it’s a connection worth seeking.
You’re not alone in this. This life can feel so freaking chaotic, unfair and isolating. There are times when the loneliness and sense of helplessness seem just too overwhelming.
Rest assured though, we’re in this mess together. We’re by your side, trying to figure out our way through what feels difficult and lonely.
