I feel lousy, I keep having nightmares about people hurting me, which is really stressful and makes it hard for me to sleep.
There are some things I can recomend to you to sleep better and I will send you a video abou those but nightmares are a bit of a different matter. The one thing that comes to mind is guided lucid dreaming that could help. I will send you a video for both. I hope it helps.
