I Had a Great Therapy session

Today I had my therapy session and, it went really well despite what I had to talk about. I remember dreading it all day but, it honestly was one of the best sessions I have had in a while! My therapist can see how much I have improved and how I’m able to tackle my other issues without being dragged down way too far with my depression. Now, I’m more capable of snapping out of my depression and I remember my coping skills. Right now, I need to work on accepting my body for what it is, I can’t change my bone structure but I can learn to accept my hips for what they are. I can and I WILL learn how to love myself. If not for me, then for my friends and family members that already love and accept me for me. :ag_icon:
