Your comment made feel happy and not alone that I suffer with this type of problem. Also, I struggle to take care of myself when I come home from work. I lacked self-identity for my whole life due to my mental health issues. I made work as a personality to feel emptiness. I noticed that is toxic and making feel depress.
What are things that you do to at home to relax? This sound like a dumb question to ask. Not make the same mistake for a new job. I got three job interviews next week so I’m kind of nervous.

I am really glad that my response brought you some comfort, i understand how horrible it feels to feel like you’re struggling alone but remember that you are not. Finding your identity outside work can be challenging and especially when mental health issues are involved, but the fact that you’re aware of it is already a huge step. Be gentle with yourself as you explore who you are beyond your work and remember it’s okay to ask for support along the way. YOU ARE NOT ALONE!
I personally love to draw and make illustrations that help me relax when I am home, also building Legos is a good way to relax for me and music also helps a lot.
