I’m so sorry to hear that your childhood was so horrific, no one should ever have to be abused by those they trust or violated by those that were supposed to protect them. Know that you do not have to go through this hurt alone, this is a safe space for support and venting for you. The actions of others do not define who you are and do not dictate your future. Despite all of this suffering, you have made it this far and I am so very proud of you. I am so proud of the progress that you have made and that you are still here and still fighting. Know that HeartSupport and myself are here to help you and will fight these battles for you. You are very loved my friend, you are fearfully and wonderfully made <3

It’s such a huge deal that you had the courage to reach out here. It absolutely hasn’t gone unnoticed. I know it can feel so lonely having so many traumatic things happen in your childhood. It’s like one terrible thing piling on top of another until it can feel like you could never dig yourself out and you’re going to live the rest of your life under the trauma you carry. I can’t tell you it will go away, but the fact that you are speaking up means that you have the strength to make it through in spite of it all. Please keep it up. We want to hear from you.
