I had a productive day today and even ate more then just dinner for once i ended up going to bed at 8pm and then waking up about 2 hrs later and have sense been awake it’s 2:52am as I type this I don’t know why I snapped awake but I did so I just been up listening to YouTube and playing a game cuz I can’t do much with my brother sleeping in the living room (I can’t wait till he gets a mattress) he’s dog is currently trying to crawl under his clean laundry to be warm

I hope your nights are getting slowly better, despite this last one of waking up in the middle of it. Well done for the productiveday though! It sounds that you’re moving forward like a champion.
