I feel worthless because it seems like everything I do is not good enough for my sister.

@Convictions_Fans, I understand you. Believe me, I do. My family’s so strict, and my sisters are both older than me. My oldest sister is the most demanding. I never do anything good for her. It hurts a lot, but I keep going, and so should you.
This is your life, not your sister’s. She doesn’t command you, and even when it might seem like she’s always right, that’s just self-confidence. You don’t need to be like her. Make goals for yourself, decide for yourself, you are in charge of your own life and you set your standards, your goals, not hers.
