Omg yes beyond words! No one ever said it like this and i relate so much! You cant just get help once…it will never go away you need to find ways to help you cope forever!

It’s so easy to think that things are wonderful and easy when we are in a good place. We can forget that it can also be easy to slip back into bad headspace. It’s so important and great to know that you can have resources and support when that happens!
