You are amazing dude! This is everything! I suffer from anxiety and I’ve had therapy to learn how to control it and live with it. Mental health awareness is something we all should be talking about. I agree with what you said about our mental health is more important than anything else.

@kayla.1508 thank you for taking a moment to reply Kayla! I appreciate it. My anxiety and overthinking have caused me 2 panic attacks in two different moments of my life and after I talked about it with my therapist, she thought me some exercises to keep me in the moment. It’s honestly little and simple things but you won’t make yourself aware of them if you don’t actually talk to a professional who knows how to help you. Our mental health has to be our priority. I love fitness and I noticed that my progress has been much better since I started to take care of my mental health.
