It’s important to evaluate the friendships in our lives, and take notice of the way we FEEL when we spend time with people. When evaluating a friendship a question you can ask yourself is “how do I feel when I am around this person?” Do I feel more energized, loved, supported, hopeful or do I feel like they are a rain cloud - do they drain my energy or make me feel bad about myself?

Medicine by Bring Me The Horizon - gives us the opportunity to think about our relationships. Would our lives be BRIGHTER if this person wasn’t a part of our circle? Doing relationship audits is a hard but important practice.

These Days are the roughest. Sarah Rose who saved my life. After Shell passed. Shell died on Sarah’s bday. She used to say I know your sad we will go skipping down the road. My best friend. Sometimes I .mmmm

You are so extremely beautiful!

HAHA true…

I sacrificed so much of myself for yearsssssssssss* for the well being of others. Last year it literally k*lled me. I was brought back and hospitalized and once I got out I immediately cut people out who were toxic. I have felt less stressed since, but now that I am alone and feel more lonely, all I have time to do is think about how much better off I would have been if I just didnt help any of those people

Haha - this is my Friday morning 5:00 am alarm clock ringtone - my wife hates if I let it get to the intro drums

I’ve used this a few times with my 17 year old over the years. As soon as I sing it to her now, she gets it. Happened with 3 of her friends, one in elementary, one in middle school and then recently in high school.
