Self sabotage is my way of life. I have had so many amazing opportunities in my life and have been so fortunate. But, I do everything under gods green earth to ruin it every single damn time. I know I do it but it’s like I am so addicted to the drama and grief and shame that comes with it and I can’t stop myself. This has been my life since I was a teenager and I am 49 now. Whether it’s health, family, or career i am at the cusp of losing everything everyday. This song punches me in the gut every time.

I really appreciate your honesty in sharing this. It takes a lot of courage to acknowledge patterns like self-sabotage, especially when they’ve been part of your life for so long. It’s understandable to feel caught in that cycle. It’s clear that you’re aware of it, which is the first step toward change.
You’ve had so many amazing opportunities and it’s okay to feel conflicted about them. Sometimes, the fear of failure or the comfort of familiarity can make it hard to embrace what we truly want. It’s important to be gentle with yourself as you navigate these feelings. Recognizing this struggle doesn’t define you. This recognition is just a part of your journey.
You don’t have to face this alone. HeartSupport is here for you and here with you! You’re deserving of the love and success that comes your way. Remember, it’s never too late to break those patterns and find new paths. Sending you love and strength as you work through this. You’ve got this. Keep going.
