My anxiety has been bad a little more recently. Been dealing it since I was 16. Though it’s been manageable, I need to talk to someone other than my family
Hi! I just wanted to let you know that you’re not alone. I totally understand how you feel.
Anxiety sucks. It really does. But one thing I try to do is draw or sing or do something I enjoy to either get my mind off of my worries, or sometimes I actually use those methods as a way to vent. Maybe you could try something like that? It doesn’t necessarily have to be either of those things, but you could try focusing your energy on something you enjoy like I do.
