I understand how you feel. It’s hard to get people to understand who you truly are sometimes. One thing I’d suggest is to use a hotline for people like you who aren’t able to talk about who they are because of hard situations like yours. One I just found is at 961 76 680 620 but I’ve never used any services like it before, so maybe if you don’t feel comfortable with that one, do your own research to find what you’re looking for.
