Yeah - feeling low makes everything feel heavy. And in general, figuring out where to even start to improve our mental health can feel overwhelming - it feels so intangible, and just like “Everything is bad”. Which then makes us feel paralyzed from making change, which keeps us stuck in a low place and slowly sucking away our hope. That’s a tough spot to be in friend. I’m sorry to hear that.
