Can you feel the tension building, or is it unexpected when you feel like punching something? Idk it was like I didn’t have control like I just wanted to see destruction because I first slammed my door and started kicking it then I threw a half empty can at the wall then I punched a picture and only came back to when I noticed my hand was bleeding.
