I just want to say thank you to the heartsupport community, I’ve been dealing with porn/masturbation for a long time now, and just listening to heartsupport stories, listening to r/NoFapChristians just uplifts me and gives me a lot of motivation. I’ve stopped doing those things, and even though today is the first day, I can feel the difference when I wake up and spend time praying, and reading the Bible than sitting in my bed doing that. I have no words to express how thankful I am towards everyone of you who have posted a story, because it really gives me hope.
