Hey Friend, Negative thoughts are unsettleing, upsetting and exhausting, as @Aardvark said, you could choose to share some of your worries in the hope that it would help, whether that be on a forum or with a counceller or you could work on learning to quiet them with a relaxation approach. I hope you do find a way to get things out. Much Love Lisa x
