The most fun thing about this song is:
Electric Callboy and Babymetal both have their own style, a very distinctive style. And both styles are very, very different. But with this song they managed to write and perform a song that is both distinctively Babymetal AND distinctively Electric Callboy. And they said it themselves, this was a 50/50 collaboration. Not a feature or something, but an actual collaboration. A real team-up, with no one being the guest.
And this is as perfect as a collaboration can get. Like, they don’t take anything away from each other but both add so much into it. The most fun thing I have seen in the last year. And listening to it always makes me happy.
If you like babymetal then I recomend listening to Gimme Chocolate is a really good song
Occasionally, collaborations from Germany and Japan also lead to really good things…

EC is so electric in their mood. But our favorite is Arrow of Love. It is a powerful message. You should definitely cover that one.

You should totally check out the behind the scenes video. The very german Electric Callboy are a group of clowns, while Babymetal are very polite. Really two different worlds and cultures vibing.

I came here for the therapy, but somehow ended up with a bunch of weirdos at an inside-out party and I’m just loving it! 
When you come back from your break, you should do all of Electric Callboy’s songs since 2020, when Nico joined. He is the clearer vocalist, and Kevin is the growler/deeper vocalist. Since the pandemic, I’ve had this band on repeat, and they have helped me make it through life. When you watch Hypa Hypa, you need to watch all of the versions of the song, they had other artists join in and make their version of the song. As other comments have said, you can’t listen to EC and not have a giant smile on your face. I have spent hours and hours watching people’s first reaction to this band, It puts a smile on my face when they don’t expect the band to be as heavy as they get
