I’m just starting mental health treatment and this song came along at just the right time to provide a lovely source of dopamine just when I needed it. I was watching this, and then watching various Reactors respond to it so I could get that hit again from watching how happy they were to be hearing it for the first time.
It hits especially hard when it’s a metal reactor, and you get to see these grizzled, gruff dudes with beards and tattoos giving themselves permission to enjoy being happy and silly and having fun.

“How am I going to make this a mental health song”… honestly as someone that views EC as their Guilt-Free Pleasure band… I can attest just vibing to their music in general is a mental health boost lol. Legit feel its impossible to watch any of their videos and not just have an absolute blast with it.
