As someone who was an angry, depressed, resentful teenager when this song came out…I use to listen to songs like Dig when I wanted to just get it out of me. It was this stuff that kept me alive or from doing something I would regret.

This is cool. Chad is now in a band called Hellyeah. Metal, but a much different kind. Lyrically I would have once called them fairly shallow, but that’s not fair. He’s a different person now. If anything it’s nice to see that self consciousness and anger from Mudvayne turn into something far more positive. Just doesn’t sound all that good.

Mudvayne came up in the era of Nu Metal. They refused to conform. This is the way they are. And they held true to it. I loved them back then growing up and I still love their reunine tours.
