Heavy Metal and Death Metal just calmes me down. I put my Headset on and lay on my bed and just come down. It helped me alot with my su***l thoughts. My whole life is pain and ending it would help stop the pain. But Metal helpes to control the thoughts better

Wow unbelievable song. I took the meaning of this song to be more of the spiritual bondage that i’ve been in, along with the lies that I keep hearing in my own head. My demons die today! Going to listen to this all today, and believe in the victory that Christ has for me.
Can you react to August Burns Red’s “Marianas Trench” or “The Escape Artist”? Either would be amazing!
The breakdown reminds me of classic MyChildren MyBride circa 2008-2012 but honesty both of these bands were doing it back in the day, but ABR just took it much further and with more success and popularity of course.

I’ve been listening since their first album came out. I later learned they’re based in Lancaster, PA, so same state as me too.
There used to be a Christian music channel called TVu, and ABR was on their late night hard rock/metal show called TVu Hardcore (later called TVu Battery), and “Your Little Suburbia Is In Ruins” (off their first album with their original vocalist) was my entry into ABR.
To this day, I still think it’s one of their most memorable songs.

I love this therapist, she’s cool and awesome, do you August burn Red are a Christian band and I think they tour with Demon Hunter and Impending Doom, both are Christian metal bands that you definitely need to hear

Ive met Jake once or twice, seen JB at a restaurant once lol, but i play soccer with Matt, and hes such a kind and humble guy. ABR is just such an amazing band
