Ren is incredible . Wow. The emotion is ridiculous. We can all relate .
At first glance it looks scary and potentially violent but when it’s done all he hopes for is that kujo sees him in his nightmares and only threatens them with a harder part two. It shows that even at his angriest and most frustrated Ren is still a good guy.
It’s an eternal dance.
And sometimes you have to mosh.
Ren is the master of letting us look through the window into his thoughts. To your point, we all have the different sides of ourselves that help us deal with whatever stress comes at us. DEXTER even talked about his “Dark Passenger”, and I feel like in this video REN is letting us see his dark passenger through his art. He articulates it with words, music and visuals. We all connect with REN because he allows himself to be vulnerable in front of us…and we can relate.
