Crazy how I went to a FIR concert a few weeks ago. Despite being depressed and stressed for 6 month and it improved my mental health and made me feel so much better. Prequels lyrics described exactly what I was going through.

In my early 20s I realized my childhood wasn’t normal and I had a lot of trauma from then. There are a lot of days I don’t wanna live anymore. My wife stopped an attempt not long ago, and I’m super thankful she did… a few days later I found out I have a 2nd baby on the way… I’m glad I found this page and there are people out there who understand what I’m going through.

You may check out Holocene. They are a small band and do a lot of covers, but their originals have a great mental health look as well. “Devil inside me” “When demons come to life” and addy has a very wide range in her vocals. They are a metal/rock band
