I feel like I’m the only one who still isn’t over Chester benningtons death. Every anniversary or time I hear his voice on the radio, I break down, it ruins my day. I just asked the people I’m in the car to change the channel and they fought me. They were like “I don’t care if you don’t like the song, there are other people in the vehicle”…it’s 1 of the 1s I always listen to so it was worse

I admire that you care so deeply for the loss of Chester who was influential in your life and created music that you were able to connect with. Grief is a process and there’s no set timeline for it. It’s okay to still feel grief and pain when you hear his music or are reminded of him. Time will help you through the grieving process but there’s no need to rush through it. His death was a great loss and I am glad that at least we are able to still keep his memory alive through his music. Best wishes and I hope that your friends can be more understanding
