I have been feeling really hopeless lately
Like I just mentioned to someone else, reaching out is the first step. Don’t be afraid to reach out to someone you can trust. Be it a friend, a loved one, a therapist or a pastor. Anyone that you can confide in and find guidance from. It’s okay to ask for help.
And I hope that you will find your way back here and share with us your mind and heart so that we can offer you love and encouragement.

I am so glad that you reached out, like Kitty said, that is the first step in moving forward and fighting for hope. I am so sorry that you have been feeling hopeless lately, I know that feeling all too well. Keep your head up, try to reach out to those around you who love you, tell them what you are going through. I know it will help.
I have felt hopeless a few different times in my life so I know how overwhelming it feels. Take each day at a time and you will get through this time. Thank you for sharing with us. There is hope!
