Try to remember the good times you had with him, that he loved you and he knows you loved him, and that you still do. He is looking down on you right now, keeping you safe. Proud of you for carrying on and fighting. Keep working through this with your support system - it will be easier if you don’t do this alone. We are here with you - we won’t let you go through this by yourself if you allow us to be there.
