Im hitting my rock bottom. I cut myself. the only problem is…this feels amazing this hitting the bottom i want to keep going and going. Im not okay. Im ganna speak to my councilor hopefully tomorrow but i dont think she is on campus at school. I just i dont know anymore

Hello, I know that counselors at school are super important but if they aren’t on campus I would try reaching out to a trusted teacher/ RA/ or even RD
I saw my councilor today we talked in theoreticals as if it was my little sister who isnt actually related so we basically worked around her having to report me. Since we bolth knew it was me but i never flat out said it was me there was nothing to report we used the loop hole. So my councilor knows.
