I want to hear about something positive you did or learned in 2021 that you are proud of. It doesn’t have to be about mental health, it could be as simple as you learning how to tie your shoes. I want you to be proud of your successes and I want to celebrate you too.

Despite everything that’s happened to me at the end of last year and the majority of this year, I still managed to get good grades in uni and really got to enjoy my courses! Kinda bummed next year might be my last before graduation, studying is lowkey fun!
