I just want to leave this link here. It’s a great explanation what happens if you have depression, how to explain to others what happens inside of you, and how to deal with it. I hope it helps someone. You are not alone. Some guy made a complete video explaining what you’re going through, it is really that common. But first you need to understand what is going on inside of you, and then you need to tackle it to create a better life. And I know that’s very hard, and tiring, but from experience I can tell you that the fight is worth it.
Each night when you go to bed, count the times you smiled that day. If then are none, then just go to sleep and hope tomorrow will be better, and if there were, be thankful for the person(s) who put that smile there, that they are in your life to make them smile. And tell them that. That is my key for a better life, and I hope it helps you too.
