I just don’t understand everyone of my friends are becoming distant to me I’m also having people say that I’m worthless I don’t know what to do anymore. I feel worthless

I’m sorry that you’re feeling so down. Do you really believe everyone hates you? Ask yourself if that’s really true. It’s an unfortunate fact that friends will often back away when they feel helpless to prevent you from feeling down.
It’s impossible for you to be worthless, even if you feel that way right now. You are capable of many things, the most important being your ability to share love.
Be patient with yourself and your friends. Considering the present state of the world, feeling distant is understandable.
