I just feel like I’m going nowhere in life. I feel like I’m wandering in a sea of people. I continually cut to hope to feel something but it doesn’t help. I just want it to all end. I’m just waiting for the day for someone to finally kill me.

Sometimes we fall down and it’s okay. Don’t let this hopelessness win. This won’t last forever, and I believe you can survive this. Take a breath, think of some goals to have, like maybe an exercise plan or a skill to work on.

Sometimes our hurt can make the furture seem so blurry. It even feels like there is no hope, but I promise you it is still there. You are stuck, but you are not worthless.
